All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after submitting your purchase (excluding holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number shortly after your item is shipped.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS text message which will come with a tracking number so you can track your order until it is delivered. All orders are shipped through UPS, USPS, DHL and Amazon Logistics.
We do NOT ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on any of those days, your package will be shipped out the following business day. If you order after 9:00am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Rossm Company cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
We are strict with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip past the quality control team. If we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, you changed your mind, or wish to return an unwanted gift, we will refund your purchase if the package is returned within 30 days of purchase.
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost once your return is processed.
Items must be returned in the original condition and original manufacturer’s packaging. We are not responsible for product(s) returned incorrectly. If any item(s) are returned outside of the Refund policy terms they will not be shipped back and will not be refunded.
If you placed an incorrect order online, and it’s still within 2 hours of submitting your order, contact us immediately and we will cancel the order if it hasn’t been shipped out yet.
Email us at email@example.com with your order number, and a quick note explaining the reason for your return. We will reply back with the return instructions.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. After we process the refund we will update you via email. Your refund will go back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
If you do not see a refund on your banking statement 2 weeks after the refund was processed, please reach out to us.
