Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges – We offer FREE standard shipping.
Shipment processing time - Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-2 working days, and Transit time is 1-39 working days depending of the shipping speed selected and the distance from our warehouse in the US or EU to your shipping address.
(Please allow up to 48 hours of additional time for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it has been shipped.
Do I have to pay shipping charges?
No, we cover all shipping costs for standard shipping. The price of the product is the final sale price. We don't cover duties or customs for international orders. * Read more below.
When will I receive the ordered products?
Delivery will be done depending on the shipping speed selected. Standard orders will be delivered within 2-10 days. Expedited orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days. 1, 2, and 3-day FREE delivery is available in certain states. International orders could take up to 14-39 days.
How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area?
ROSSM Wallet is trying its best to ship our products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. You will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours if we cannot ship to your postcode.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sorry currently we do not offer gift wrapping.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from ROSSM Wallet. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Then 24-48h later you will receive a second email with the tracking information once your order is shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply follow the below steps to check the status of your order:

The tracking number says delivered, but I haven't received my order?
All delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier once it's been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers. You can contact your carrier to locate your package at your local post office. Customs Clearance Policy on International Deliveries
International orders shippings do not include customs fees, taxes, tariffs and duties and may be collected in accordance with policies and laws in your location. ROSSM is not responsible for these or any other associated fees, and will not issue a refund if a package is abandoned or refused due to these fees.
Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
If we are unable to deliver the products ordered to your particular country, we will notify you via email, and the original form of payment will be refunded.
ROSSM is not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur as a result of customs clearance.
Please note that while ROSSM makes best-efforts on preparing all customs documents for your shipments to clear customs, we are not responsible for the customs clearance process.
Occasionally, the courier may require additional information from the receiver, such as a Tax ID number or an address verification, to complete a delivery, as required by a local government. The carrier or our customer service team may contact you to notify you of the required information, which you may need to provide directly to the courier to complete the delivery of your package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Rossm wallet purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 99 days of purchase. We offer Free Domestic Returns + Exchanges and will provide you with a digital Prepaid USPS label that will need to be printed.
- Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.
- For all approved Returns/Exchanges we process your free domestic return shipping label via a prepaid USPS label, and will ship your new order free of charge.
- We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost with USPS, we will take responsibly and honor the Return/Exchange.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Additional Return shipping costs are non-refundable. A Return is only authorized using a Rossm prepaid Return Label. Any outside return labels purchased are non-refundable.
- All returns must be from a verified RossmWallet.com order. Rossm does not offer returns on items purchased outside of RossmWallet.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
- Rossm does not price match with dealers or competitors.
- All return labels provided by Rossm are digital. Rossm is not responsible for providing a physical return label. Select USPS locations will accept a QR code that may be used in place of a return label. You can find locations that accept a QR code in place of a label here: USPS Locator
- APO and PPO Address may require a different address to return due to label creation restrictions in restricted access areas.
- Orders with a processed Warranty Claim will are not eligible for return.
- We DO NOT offer free returns on international orders. Free returns are available in the USA, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany only.
If you placed an incorrect order online, and it’s still within 2 hours of submitting your order, contact us immediately and we will cancel the order if it hasn’t been shipped out yet.
Email us at email@example.com with your order number, and a quick note explaining the reason for your return. We will reply back with the return instructions.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. After we process the refund we will update you via email. Your refund will go back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
If you do not see a refund on your banking statement 2 weeks after the refund was processed, please reach out to us.
